  • Product Introduction

Void Fill Materials consist of foam plastics, corn starch foam, foam rubber, bubble film, corrugated paper, honeycomb paper, crinkle paper, air column structures, and eco-synthetic films. To prevent product damage, these materials reduce external force impact by dampening shock and vibration.

Renowned for superior cushioning and vibration absorption, they offer advantages including lightweight construction, ease of processing, high protective performance, universal adaptability, and cost-performance efficiency. However, limitations include bulk volume, non-biodegradability, and hazardous gas emissions during incineration.

With increasing environmental pollution and resource scarcity, the ecological impact of foam plastics has raised significant concerns. Although biodegradable plastics have been developed through technological advances, their widespread adoption is constrained by high costs, stringent degradation requirements, and incomplete breakdown capabilities. Consequently, foam plastics will progressively be replaced by environmentally sound alternatives.
